Ph.D. Admission Information

 PhD Program Application Requirements:

1. On-line graduate application

2. Undergraduate and master's transcripts.  graduate GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale is
    preferred.
3. GRE test scores.  Institution Code: 1325       Social Work Code: 5001
4. A personal statement (about 750 words) outlining the applicant's reasons and
    preparation for seeking a PhD in social work.
5. Three letters of reference.
6. A professional resume.
7. A scholarly writing sample.

PreDoc Option Application Requirements:

1. A paper application form. 
2. Official copies of all baccalaureate- and master's-level transcripts.  A graduate GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
3. A 500-word written statement that outlines the applicant's reasons for seeking enrollment in the Pre-Doc program.
4. One letter of reference.
5. A professional resume.
6. A scholarly writing sample.
