Concentration Curriculum (for all IUPUI Programs)
The Concentration Curriculum involves required courses within six separate concentrations, electives and fieldwork. These courses are offered during weekdays, predominately Mondays and Tuesday, and some limited evenings and Saturdays. Not all concentration courses are offered every semester. The greatest choice of electives is offered during the summer sessions. Occasionally, other concentration year courses are offered during the summer sessions as well. The concentration curriculum allows the student more flexibility in the arrangement of required courses. It is imperative that each prospective student understands that the concentration curriculum has required coursework prior to or concurrent with field practicum. Most practica require students to be available during weekday hours – typically between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. |
